I like the property, excellent staff all are smiling ,polite, very helpful in all ways which you may need during stay specially reception all staff mohd nasir ,n other ladies have good communication skills. Breakfast was good predominantly turkish, staff there also like I remember Emre the young turkish guy who was always around and watchful for whatever you need. Room is clean with satisfactory linen and toiletries but could have been better. Space good but deceptive due to division into bedroom, living room, luggage section etc.

The location, cleanliness and the staff made my trip memorable!! ... I want to thank Gaiti for her professionalism, Mohammad Abbas, Kobra & Nawid for their sincere assistance at the reception. A special "Thanks" to Koksal!! ... I also want to thank Aybuke, Zeliha, Sinan, Mustafa, Ogun, Gorkam, Yunnus, Samet, Fatih, Ali Ismail, Chef Unal and all the ladies who were responsible for the cleanliness of my room such as Hulya, and the lovely ladies who prepared the delicious and simple breakfast on daily basis .... I'm grateful to all of you!! ... I had a great time in Trabzon ... you made my first trip to Turkey unforgettable.

Location is great, People at the restaurant are nice and helpful especially the supervisor KOKSAL👍 Reception stuff are nice especially Gaiti speak english fluently also the Manager Kubra she is very polite &respectful

The staff are so much helpful. Whenever i call the reception for something they bring it, i like the staff attitude. There is a beautiful restaurant with view to the sea. There are so many flowers and trees around the restaurant and the hotel. We had a problem with our room, so they upgraded us to another one.

The location and room view is good. The staff are helpful and supportive. The room is good with decent size and accessories. The resturant offered very good varaities for breakfast and was changing every day which is good for long stays. The view from the resturant was wonderful and calming. The staff at the resturant are excellent. Thank you all.

1- The place was nice, the rooms were spacious and good. 2- The staff were kind and friendly. Also the staff at breakfast were smiling and friendly. 3- They have shattaf if the bathroom which was also great. 4- sea view was lovely

I found this nice hotel in Booking. Com upon arranging our trip to north turkey, the room i booked was very nice with Jacouzi and Balacony with charming black sea view and garden view in addition to city and green mountains of Trabzon on each sides, everything was nice from the reception especially Mr. Muhammad Nasir, a very helpful, informative, pleasent and welcoming person, who speak a good english, some arabic and fluent turkish, although he is native Pakistani, he made me in love with place and help us in arranging our tours, and not to forget the turkish young receptionists Mr.Muzzafer and Ms.kardelen for thier nice, welcoming attitude and the communication with good english, at the last, the breakfast was rich, fresh in a charming lounge open in a nice garden with large sea view, definitely we will book the hotel again and we recommend it for all tourist.

The landscaping, grounds, rooms and views from this hotel are beautiful and immaculate. The proprietors put a lot of effort into the upkeep of Peerless Villas and it shows. The suite we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choices. I highly recommend.

the view was excellent also very very comfy, they helped us arrange trips all over trabzon and rize, Mr Muhammad Nasir was great help to suggest us locations to visit. the breakfast was good generally loved it

The staff were super, they helped me to book a great tour at a reasonable price. The manager was amazing and upgraded my room, which made our stay very memorable! I want to thank her especially. The view from the balcony is really great, the rooms are spacious.
